It is with great honor and reverence that I serve in this position. I believe we have the best section in the South Texas District UPCI and the greatest group of ministers. I also believe that the Lord has His hand on us and that He has a great revival planned for the San Antonio and surrounding areas. It is our hour, it is our time, we can do it, and we will!
